Alex Channing has only one enemy in this world: werewolves. Born and raised to fight in the supernatural military, he has become an expert at hunting and killing rabid werewolves. But when Alex is bitten and infected, he finds himself racing against a ticking clock for his own survival. Alex's search for a cure leads him to an oracle in a seaside town in California. And she gives him the reading of a lifetime. The key to his cure is a girl who forgets things, cries spontaneously, and might just be insane.

I don't listen to many books, as I read much faster. This made me slow down, to relax more.
A good story, well read. I'll get the next book :)

One of the nation's most popular presenters examines twenty marvels of the natural world from his extraordinary and pioneering experiences. What was Sir David's first pet? Which animal would he most like to be? What creature lays 'the biggest egg in the world'? How do you communicate with an ancient nomadic community in Fiji? And what did Sir David do when confronted by a ten-foot-long reptile?

Where does David Attenborough's Life Stories rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is the best audiobook I've heard so far.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Nice to hear a chapter at a time, while cooking, etc, where you can give it at least half your attention.

Any additional comments?

Fantastic. I VERY rarely give 5* for anything, but this is exceptional.
