It’s beside me to understand how or where does an author finds the idea for this kind of a story?
Even so that this is not even close to my favorite genre of books I have promised to the author Nicky Blue an honest review and to my surprise this audiobook is so great, so funny, reminding me of the movie “ the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy ‘ for some reason that I’ve actually listened to it about 5 times ( never counted ) with a difficultly of taking a break every one of those times.
Perfectly written and together with David Morley Hale narration a great masterpiece was created.
Beside being short I truly can’t find anything to complain about and just noticing that this is part one, that there will be more all I can say is I CANT WAIT !!!

Absolutely full heartedly recommend to all.

This is a great audiobook to relax, unwind from life itself.

In exchange for an honest review I’ve received this audiobook.

Why America?
Growing in The United States I always wondered why %90 of all Serial Murderers are Americans, it’s true that Jack the Ripper which was British and never been caught was the first documented one that I’ve heard of but the nesting place for pretty much all is still the U.S. and I always felt that Ryan Green the author could supply the answer to my question.

As usual Green expertise in research, filling in the gaps and turning it all into a readable story is unmatched.
It took me two days after listening to this audiobook to relax enough to be able to review this gruesome story.
What I take from this story is at least two realizations:
The first is simple, beside all the people that knew and done nothing, the system itself failed, the social workers where created especially for cases like this!
The second is awful as Green perfectly showed in this story that even if the evil was caught he or she can leave inheritances behind to continue their work which can continue for generations.

About this audiobook which is so different from all of Ryan Green books because it got nothing to do with serial killers and I still can’t decide which is worse?
I do believe that it could have became eventually a Serial Murder case if the authorities would have kept not paying attention which was so close.

My recommendation:
If you got the stomach for real crimes, this one is a must!

Evil luck !

Out of all of Greens books this one is the hardest for me to review.
The author Ryan Green have an amazing talent researching, filling in the gaps and turning all the facts into a story which anyone can understand.
This is the first time that I actually felt for one of the characters:
I thought about Australia in the 70th, a small town how unlucky a person like James had to be to be born gay, not in the 70th and not in Australia which was late to develop and move forward like most of the rest of the world.
I feel that circumstances gave James no chance especially after meeting Chris who knew how to manipulate, find the weaknesses in people and abuse that power so perfectly that James truly had no hope.
I actually think that this is not a bad true story at all, that people can learn from it, how evil will use anything to get its deeds done, just like it uses the internet today.

Steve White is an excellent narrator and a perfect choice for this book.

I do recommend this audiobook and the rest of Greens audiobooks, people need to know about the monsters out there, not pretend that they don’t exist or think that horrible things happen to others not to them till it’s to late.

Every body knows that the Author Rhett C. Bruno is one of a kind, same with the narrator R.C. Bray and I agree.
What have disappointed me in the series Children Of Titan is that it was supposed to be a trilogy.
When I got the third audiobook in the series Titan’s Rise I couldn’t wait to see how the story ends.
Disappointedly it didn’t !
I’m guessing that when an author see a success in his work he does have the privilege to extend it and why not as long as it pays the bills which is understandable.
I’m also guessing that now their will be at least 3 more books to this series, I might be wrong but one thing for sure: It’s waiting time for who knows how long to the next book to come out???

Still a great series which I fully recommend.

After listening to quite a few of Ryan Green audiobooks this is the one that terrified me the most.
How many are out there that we have no idea about? Can it be your next door neighbor?
The research that Green does before each of his books is amazing, but what’s more amazing is how he fills in the missing gaps and his best talent is the way he packages it all, put it on a paper with words that everyone can easily understand, that is a truly amazing.
One last thing, after listening to others of Green audiobooks I was always wondering if the killer was born to a loving family would it have changed anything?
This question doubled itself in this audiobook.

I fully recommend this audiobook without reservations because I believe that people should understand their environment and the things that lurking in this vicious world.

Listening to this audiobook kept reminding me the sentence that you always hear on TV “ This guy is on a bad LSD Trip “.
This audiobook truly freaked me up because the author proved me wrong every time that I was sure that I knew what’s coming next, always a new twist.
The only thing that I was sure is that the narration will be perfect because I’ve listened more then once to Sean Duregger the narrator of this audiobook.
About the book and reviewing it was not simple for me but if you can’t stop thinking about the story way after finishing it then there must be something special there and to get the message that the author wanted to convert I will listen to this audiobook again it’s intriguing and I want to get into his head and understand it all.
Also the length of the audiobook was perfect, no waisted words!

I’m not a horror fan but this book is more then just horror so yes I do recommend this audiobook.

I can’t believe it,
When this audiobook came out a couple of days ago I when and got it right away.
Then in two days I listened to both audiobooks sure that it’s the complete series.
How wrong ! Now I got to wait who knows how long for the next audiobook to get released. I’m pissed of but I can’t say that this is a joy of a series so it’s going to be worth waiting !

Both audiobooks are great, easy to understand it all and full of enjoyment.

Perfect narration by R.C. Bray and Julia Whelan .
And for the author Dean M. Cole, keep it on with the same brain and imagination.

Fully recommend this audiobook to all !!!!
I’m WAITING.

What a great story !!!
I shouldn't have started listening to it at 11 PM because now it's 9 AM and I'm tired as hell, I just couldn't stop, truly amazing.
Beside the science fiction part it reminded me the age of Sex Drugs & Rock 'n' roll how we didn't practiced safe sex and everybody slept with everybody, it was one big party that was amazing and even when AIDS came nobody stoped because they told us that only gay people catch it, like I said one big party.

About the book, John Scalzi is amazing, what an imagination, pure delight!
Will Wheaton narration was spot on, perfectly done !
I truly don't have the word to describe how good this book is so I won't try, all I'll say is that it should be at every school mandatory reading !
And now Scalzi wrote a second book continuing the story which I'll start listening to after I get some sleep.

This is more then science fiction it's an exception!

Absolutely, full heartedly recommended to all.

This one is a tough one for me to review, Ira Levin is a great writer that's for sure but with this book I got a problem because I knew and met half the characters in it and the twists in the story did not work on me, I guessed what's coming way before it did so I guess that I'm the wrong person to truly review this one.
Still it was a good story but a fiction using real people, maybe that's another reason why I couldn't give it five stars, so my apologies to the writer Ira Levin.
Perfect narration, absolutely no complaints there.

Still I absolutely recommend this book for all.

One of the best if not the........series!

Truly and probably my favorite series ever.
Craig Alanson writing is awesome and that’s a fact that nobody can deny, his imagination is totally amazing!
R.C. Bray is an awesome narrator and that is also a fact that can’t be denied.
A Perfect Match for A perfect Series!
Two things:
1) I can’t wait for the continuation of this series and the sooner the better!
2) Can anybody get me my own Skippy, searching on eBay got me no results, and I’ll pay anything for one ;-). ????

But seriously what a wonderful series, there are very few that even after year or 10 and many other books in between, once you start right from the first few sentences the whole series comes right back to you like you have never left, that is truly amazing and almost impossible to create!
I thank you for that with all my heart.

Absolutely recommend this incredible series to all !!!!!
