This is an excellent book, in which every method of losing weight is described in detail, there is a nutrition plan, recipes, recommendations. It was very interesting to read about the ketogenic diet and learn all the intermittent fasting methods. Of course, any diet should be supported by physical exertion, there are several exercises that are not difficult to perform and which do not take much time. It was helpful to read the chapter on what mistakes are and how to avoid them. I still think that intermittent fasting is better for me.

I love this cookbook! It can be difficult to get all of the protein I need for one day but this cookbook has made that much easier! I have put several recipes on a weekly rotation. I have a husband and 2 kids and I refuse to make separate meals & have only had positive feedback from them.

This audiobook divulges that activities, discernment, and feelings don't run autonomously of each other. It shows how we can without much of a stretch tell human practices. While cognition and feeling can't be observed specifically, they positively drive the execution of the recognizable activity. Through non-verbal communication, signals, and listening precisely we would already be able to sweep and read a man.

This audiobook is truly astounding about Intermittent Fasting! Perfect for beginners. I am excited to attempt my first extended fat fasting before I work my way into a true extended fast. I listened to the book which leads me to do more research on fasting for weight loss and help me still now!

This was a complete recipes guide in recent time. Eating has always been a foundation of cultivating human relations regardless of the epoch and culture. In this book you will get some awesome Mediterranean Diet recipes tips. All the recipes in this book was so delicious and quick to make in home. I read this book and i try to follow this book. he cookbook is going to be very helpful preparing good healthy meals without the extra calories from oils or sprays. This is really a great guideline, especially for beginners. Intermittent fasting is a pattern of eating that cycles periods of eating and fasting, or not eating. I appreciated this since I’m new to this Diet plan and everything that I have researched is extremely scientific and can be quite complicated. Thanks to the author for narrated this book.

This book was a great introduction to the art of manipulation. It was a fast read, less than an hour, and I thought it was very well written and very well put together. I would highly recommend this book for people who want to begin learning about this subject! The book was perfectly written in a very simple way for a better and easier understanding.
