What did you like about this audiobook?

A great book and value for money. I'm not a religious person, but it does give you a different perspective on things. I'm only half way through the book but I am enjoying it so far. The narrator does make me smile when he is speaking French. It reminds me off the policeman in Ello Ello. But one younger past the funny side of it, it's brilliantly written and I would reccomend to anyone that has no opinion on the subject.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This is a good book but needs to be a little longer. You just start to relax and it finishes. If it was longer I would recommend it, the narrator is soothing and it is quite tranquil to listen to. Apart from that I don't really have much else to say about it.

Would you listen to The Little Sleep Meditation again? Why?

Very relaxing, mainly due to the music I think as there is not too much talking in it. I would recommend this book, to anyone. My mum has got this also and she also agrees that it's one of the best ones on here as it is mainly music and the narrator is very easy to listen to.

If this book wasn’t for you, who do you think might enjoy it more?

It's a quick fix if you find it hard to concentrate for long periods of time. I listen to it at lunch times sometimes. His voice is very relaxing. Very simular to his other books. If you already have a book by him. Then don't waste your money on other books by him as they really are all the same.

Would you consider the audio edition of Balancing Your Chakras Hypnosis to be better than the print version?

I have difficulty in sleeping a lot. This book is calming and seems to do the trick. You do need to concentrate with it as I found that in parts I was oblivious to what was being said and found myself thinking of other things. But all in all it does work.

Ive always had an open mind about this. Although I have not managed to get anywhere with it. It really is a good thing to listen to if you have trouble relaxing in the evening. In no time at all I am relaxed.
