Best book on the subject and it works.
I've been a functional drinker, hard work has brought me some nice toys over the years. I've had this feeling that alcohol has recently been a bigger part of my life than i thought. A shopping receipt for £117 had £50 worth of alchohol on it. My dog passed in Aug 15 and I listened to another book on a trip to Wales and stopped drinking for a month. Since then I've drank more than ever. I decided to try a different book and 2 weeks ago i had my last drink. I didnt relise it was, the book was working. I truely think this book debunks ever possible arguement for drinking and its changed my life.
I knew when I quit last time I would be hankering after alcohol, i used watch peoples glasses go from table to mouth like a starving child watching somebody eating.
Parties, Birthdays and family events have all happened in the last 2 weeks and I've sailed through. Alcohol is a confidence trick, trick me once.....
If you want to control/quit, get this book.

If you only read 1 book your entire life it should be this
I'm going to use what I have learned here to save my parents life and help prolong my children's.... the scary thing is when you hear this book, you realise you knew it all along, you know that watching your mum take 30 pills a day is killing her. This gives you the power back. This why the drug companies are responsible for the deaths of millions whilst claiming to be our friends. Please read, listen, do anything to get this book into your system.
