What an imagination! I have listened to all of the Farseer, Tawny Man and Liveship Traders Trilogies, plus the Rain Wild Chronicles and Fitz and The Fool series and cannot get over the detail that Robin Hobb leverages to bring the characters, the environment and the cultural side of the lives of the different peoples to life. And how she has created a whole world through the various series of books that all interconnect, finally brought together answers to the historical questions arising in other books, in Assassins Fate. Sometimes the narrator is not quite what one would have hoped for, but if you can listen beyond this, the story itself is fascinating and unlike any other fantasy novels I have read. Should be the next film epic to rival Game of Thrones!

Loved it!

Fantastic the way Sansom weaves his story of intrigue and double deception with the realities of history. I couldn't stop listening.
