I hear a lot of audibles about anxiety, but this audible is absolutely the best audible to overcome anxiety. Very easy to listen and understand even for me. You won’t regret getting this audible.

I love the Burn Fat According to Your Body Type with Keto Diets in this audible. Eat right, train your mind, train your muscles, and do some cardio. Emma Moore is honest and forthright in his audible, often citing numerous studies to back up his claims. I've lost and kept off over 60lbs thanks to this audible. Any time I feel myself getting back into old habits, I re-hear the mental training chapter to get back in check.

This was a good listen especially with how it helped me understand how inflammation can be effected by what you put on your plate ~ as well as how to clean up your diet so as to combat against chronic inflammation symptoms. Also it is worth noting that despite the quite in-depth topic research involved this audiobook was still easy to understand, thanks in no small part to the efforts of the narrator (lovely voice btw!).
