Good book which makes you think about the impact of negative thoughts. however would like the authour to elaborate more on different practical ways to deal with negative destructive thoughts.

only buy if you are looking to get in to stocks and get rich in 20 years. also tony robbins did not narrate the whole book. if you are looking for something motivational then this is not for you.
