In February 2014, Reni Eddo-Lodge posted an impassioned argument on her blog about her deep-seated frustration with the way discussions of race and racism in Britain were constantly being shut down by those who weren't affected by it. She gave the post the title 'Why I'm No Longer Talking to White People About Race'. Her sharp, fiercely intelligent words hit a nerve, and the post went viral, spawning a huge number of comments from people desperate to speak up about their own similar experiences.

What an emotional rollercoaster. I think Bronnie has done her "patients" proud, she has passed on what they wanted the world to know and what a great messenger she is! The messages are so strong in this book, the supporting stories increase the impact of the words greatly. Bronnie seems like a completely enlightened person, certainly a spirit making the most if her human experience, which I think adds even more impact to the words.
I think this book would be of great value to everyone. We could all learn a lot from Bronnie and a lot from those that have died...

Seemed to be aimed at slimy sales people whos aim is to manipulate people, hint of preying on the vulnerable "when someone impressionable..." and hints of consumers being just a mindless mass "consumers love to be lead...".
Seemed to be sales tactics for people that don't have their customers best interests at the forefront if their business/product/service.
Other than that I think if these key phrases are used by the right people in the right situation, often, good things will happen.
