More that a cookbook, this is an encyclopedia for the Keto kitchen. Beginning a keto diet requires a radical lifestyle change. It is not merely a switch to new recipes. It is an abandonment of comfortable habits, favorite foods, and the pattern of events in one's daily life. To that end, The Keto Diet provides extensive meal planning guides, suggestions about how to plan meals that produce leftovers for the next meal, and even a guide on how to use different kitchen utensils to add variety to some of the same ingredients. I bought several keto cookbooks to begin this new lifestyle.

It is worth the price! Most of the recipes I have tried have been delicious. I would buy it just for the 'cornbread' muffins. The ingredients and food are normal everyday food but with Keto modifications. Just what I was looking for. Other keto cookbooks I bought are just too weird!

I really like the recipes I've tried from the IBIH website and decided to purchase the Kindle version of this cookbook. I'm really glad I did. I appreciate how the book is laid out and how easy it is go navigate between menus and recipes. I also appreciate the fact that you use regular ingredients, for the most part, that I can find in my local grocery stores or health food stores. It makes things so much easier when one actually understands the ingredients in a recipe and can find them in their regular grocery store. It also makes a difference with the cost of making the dishes you provide in your meal plans. I've found all of the recipes I've tried from IBIH easy, economical and delicious. Can't wait for the next volume to come out. Thank you for making keto easier to live with and understand.
