There is no such thing as a good or bad discipline. There is only a trained discipline and an untrained discipline. Imagine how you would feel if you woke up everyday, knowing that everyday is going to be a great day. And I do not mean a good day or a fine day. I mean a great day, each and every single day. Imagine how you would be breathing, how you would be standing, and how you would be feeling.

Mind hacking - What exactly is “mind hacking?” “Mind hacking” is about getting your mind to do things your mind doesn’t know it can do or isn’t doing, things that you want it to do. The mind is extremely powerful, but it has no direction, and that’s where you come into play. Memory Improvement - What if I told you that after listening to this book you will be able to remember more, recall your memories faster, make better decisions, and even achieve your goals?

A deceptively simple book. Kyle provides examples that work and quickly shows you that the methods are viable ways to quickly remember information. I was able to memorize about 3 of his lists (~40 items total) in under 5 minutes each and still recall them all days later.

What if I told you that after listening to this audiobook you will be able to remember more, recall your memories faster, make better decisions, and even achieve your goals? Well, it’s true. Improving your memory isn’t just about remembering phone numbers or where you put your keys. By remembering to look after and improve your memory, you can boost the performance of your mind so that more information will be available more quickly, you can make better decisions because you have more data points, and even achieve your goals more effectively.

For me to listen a whole book is unusual. I listen this whole book, I couldn't put it down. The strategies he showed , the layering of rules and concepts to teach someone or to teach yourself will be left up to you. Very valuable informative and I got it. It will take practice and action on your behalf. Thanks for this well thought out book from beginning to end. It would be fun to have a second follow up book(something to branch off on) to practice these techniques and concepts.

The hypnotic interview and the pre-talk before you begin a hypnotic session are discussed, as well as how to induce a subject into a trance state. You will learn the steps and processes needed to work on, and with, a subject or patient in the hypnotic trance state. What signs should a practitioner look for in a subject undergoing hypnotic suggestion to tell if the person is truly hypnotized? Just as importantly, you will learn the signs to look for if someone is just pretending to be hypnotized.

I'm currently a student seeking a degree in human services, social services. I have taken many different psychology classes dealing with the mind and how we process things. This book was a recommendation from one of my class mates... And I absolutely love it! It helps you learn to both directly and indirectly place yourself or others under hypnosis. Very cool listen, loaded with detailed information.

I have been practicing these tools for over 20 years. Totally changed my life and started me on an amazing journey. Recently, I felt stuck regarding something in my life and his book helped me get back on track and completely shifted our experience (my husband practiced with me) into one we wanted. Totally recommend this book!!!
