Intermittent fasting is popular diets now. I was able to find out how effective this is when losing weight from this book. Also, intermittent fasting improves health, struggles with diabetes and increases productivity. Overall this book is good written. I know exactly what foods to eat. Thanks to the author

Such great recipes including detail understanding of lectin free healthy recipes. Explanation of the nutritional elements of the recipes and more. There are some good recipes here that I have bookmarked to go back and try. Nutritional comments included for each. I did notice a few places where an ingredient like ghee or milk is called for in the instructions but not listed in the ingredients. I love my slow cooker, and will definitely try some of these.

t's also pretty short making it something you can listen to many times if facing deep changes that need a schedule. Versus say a list or time management system that would hijack your attention away from life.
