It's well organized, and while there's many things in here I will skip due to a dislike of ingredients, it's easy enough for me to work around.

If you want to get into some of the organization that this brings to the kitchen, with less running around during the weekdays and scrambling to get dinner ready, this is definitely something to look into.

The book is laid out with details of how and why in the beginning, Some nutritional information is there, and one part I liked was about storage, and the pros and cons of various kind of containers. It even goes into various things about reheating.
