It's a slow burn romance that feels so, so real and it was an amazing journey to love for Aiden and Vanessa. This book is just one of those reads that you can't help but fall in love with from great banter and a love that is built on friendship. This was my first read from Mariana Zapata but will not be my last.

It started with an anonymous post by someone who didn't want to live anymore. I read it over and over again, unable to get it out of my mind. What if my brother Johnny had posted something like this before he'd taken his own life? Would someone have been able to save him? I've been living a lie for 16 long years, and I'm not sure how much longer I'll be able to keep it up. And when a beautiful, broken man walks into my tattoo shop asking for a second chance at life, I know I'll never be able to turn him away.

Why oh why have i not read anything from Aimee Nicole Walker before!! Not only was this an amazing story with amazing characters and animals ;-), but the audio performance was absolutely hilarious.

Josh was my favourite of the two main characters, he was sweet and sassy, not afraid to tell it like he sees it. Josh had me tickled pink so many times throughout this book.

I loved the slow burn between Josh and Gabe i think if they had just jumped into it i really don't think i would have enjoyed it as much as i did. They really were a perfect fit together emotionally and physically with off the charts chemistry.

I know i haven't gone into detail of this story because this was an amazing audiobook! and should be experienced. The story was great, the characters were amazing, I loved the romance and the heat, it was a perfect narration. Couldn't ask for more. Can't wait to read the rest of this series!!

The audiobook of this amazing story was beautifully narrated and pulled me, once again, right into the story and kept me there.

Dirty Talk is the second book in the Talk To Me Series but is a Standalone read. The book contains flashbacks but this adds to the feel of the story knowing where they've come from.

The chemistry is there from the beginning and you can see Luke and Jane should be together. Some of the times in this book i wanted to reach in and slap them both up side the head and say look at each other really look, you both love each other what are you playing at!! But this didn't spoil this story it just pulled me in rooting for them more to pull their head out of the arse's and follow their hearts which will lead them to each other and their HEA!!!

I do love a good second chance love and Luke and Jane deserved their chance. I would recommend Dirty Talk for a second chance love story and S.L. Scott writing as an Author.

Alex Jane is a new to me author, and after listening to this short Novella i would most definitely read or listen to her books again. In relation to the audio the narration of the read was wonderful Michael Fell did a great job.

Tis the Season is a sweet short novella about grief, loss and finding love again when you lest expected it.

Aaron tragically lost his husband and is learning to live and go with his life. He has been closed to everyone through his grief he knows they mean well but hates the pitying looks.

Dylan's boyfriend left him, but he also did quite a number on him over their two year relationship with Dylan's self-esteem and confidence taking quite a hit.

They meet on a bridge where Dylan is contemplating ending it all. Aaron saves him and their lives intertwine with them both struggling to cope with their grief and emotional pain.

But the brightest star is found in the darkest of night and thats how i felt about their romance and coming together. They supported and comforted each other and found happiness again.

A beautiful sweet heartwarming and emotional short story, but absolutely perfect.

The narrative on this audio is absolutely wonderful, I love that Amy Daws has obviously put so much time and effort into make sure this audio is at its best. Doing the dual narration makes this audio better, casting fantastic readers, another added bonus for me. Some authors just don’t think that much into it and for me that can often spoil the book. A wonderful story turn into an amazing audio.

Keeper is the 3rd book in the Harris Brothers series of British Sports Romances which as a Brit i love hearing football knowing it is meant as football as most books refer to it as soccer which i always find strange to say and i absolutely adored Booker and Poppy's story.

Booker Harris is a professional Goalkeeper, who's life was turned upside down when his childhood best friend left for Germany to attend college, without giving him a reason or a proper goodbye.
Poppy is this head strong, sweet and funny girl who is more than a little clumsy. Having loved Booker for as long as she can remember, when she left for college in Germany she was nursing a broken heart and never told Booker why!!

6 years later and Poppy returns to take a teaching job, having only kept minimal contact with Booker she's shocked and nervous when Booker suggests that she temporarily move in with him. How is this going to work out when two friends who haven't seen each other for 6 years come together again with so much they are hiding from each other.

I loved watching Booker and Poppy grow and work thinks out in their minds, with lots of great witt and humour. From the moment he sets eyes on Poppy for the first time, feelings he didn't realise he had come bubbling to the surface. But Booker doesn't believe he is capable of love outside of his family and tries to fight what feels like his destiny to be with Poppy. Poppy too struggles with her feelings for Booker, not being able to put the past behind her.

This read was packed with moments that will melt your heart, make you laugh out loud, with heartbreak and hotness that will have you fanning yourself and all the drama of a not so easy friends to lovers story. I literally couldn’t put it down and i'm looking forward to the last Harris brother story.

Two lost souls who find each other and both battle through their demons with the help and more importantly understand of each other. It's a beautiful story of growth and love of finding your happiness.

This book may be low on angst but it's certainly high on emotion and love.

Where does Learning to Love rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Learning to Love left me with a lot of mixed feelings. Their story was good but at times i wanted to smack Gideon upside the head, he annoyed me some what. Then other times i just wanted to hug him because he was obviously hurt and a little lost and held all this against everyone. Gideon Marks chip on his shoulder left him feeling he had to prove to people that he had made something of his life. After losing his mother and grandmother in a car accident Gideon was raised by his alcoholic, emotionally abusing father. But while trying to prove himself he could never see that the people around him were proud of him.

When Gideon returned to his home town he never expected to find his childhood crush as the new Rabbi; Gideon isn’t ready to deal with Jonah and no matter how much Jonah tries to get close to Gideon, Gideon tries his hardest to push him away. Good thing Jonah isn’t a quitter and he’s determined to have Gideon, the man he’s always loved.

Jonah had a lot of walls to break down with Gideon. As well as his own struggles with taking over from his father. But his love was strong enough for the both of them when Gideon was struggling to except that his feeling were true. I really would have like Jonah's POV i think it really would have help the story more. Mainly due to the fact that like i have said Gideon's behaviour at times grated on me. I would have liked more from Jonah to balance it out. All in all it was an interesting story that ended with a HEA.
