I loved every word in this book. The chapters are perfectly structured. As I study business communication , I found some great advices that I never thought about. I highly recommended to anyone who wants to improve their communication skills . Thanks for the tips on how to create your own unique personality - that was inspiring . This book does an effective job at looking at all the different mechanisms of communication, from actual verbal talk to non verbal cues such as body language. The subject matter is covered in great detail and depth. Well written.

I had no idea that diet was so closely related to mental processes until I read this book! I've been feeling worse since starting grad school and I suddenly realized with the help of this book that it's because I've been eating really badly. Now I feel prepared to make better choices for myself! This book is insightful, detailed & empowering. Everyone on a keto,paleo,aip diet will especially appreciate it. But this book should be read by everyone regardless! U might just find the answers that ur doctors can’t give u. I will be trying out a few recipes this weekend. I'll try to remember to report back on them! I’ve been looking for something to give me a game plan for addressing these issues and this book explains where to start looking and why.

`Few people have explained the process of meditation as detailed and from a practical acceptance of the difficulties in quieting the mind. Most people who talk about meditation just explain the logistics of meditation such as when, where and for how long to meditate. Rather than lecturing about the need to stop the wandering mind, the author breaks down the dynamics of the wandering mind. I am using this book as my guide for a meditation class that I teach As someone long familiar with Buddhism but not yet over the hump in terms of a regular sitting practice, this is the book that (finally) got me over that hump. She writes clearly and cogently.

I am a newbie when it comes to investing. Prior to reading this book, I had listen The Neatest Little Guide to Stock Market Investing (great book!). I was under the impression that stocks were the main investment vehicle for those trying to maximize returns. Gee was I wrong! Investing 2 gives you a much broader view of the investing game. For those who want to know the many investment vehicles out there, this is the book to listen. An excellent starting point for anyone with questions about the basics of investing.
