Good messages to take from this about generating money, better suited for an American audience I feel but still a good inspiring read

For David Goggins, childhood was a nightmare - poverty, prejudice, and physical abuse colored his days and haunted his nights. But through self-discipline, mental toughness, and hard work, Goggins transformed himself from a depressed, overweight young man with no future into a US Armed Forces icon and one of the world's top endurance athletes. The only man in history to complete elite training as a Navy SEAL, Army Ranger, and Air Force Tactical Air Controller, he went on to set records in numerous endurance events.

This is the best book I’ve heard in a long time. It really helps to put things into perspective if you think you’re having a bad day! To go through all that he has and still have the ability to be driven to the success that David Goggins has achieved is truly remarkable. If you have a goal you want to achieve, if you’re stuck in a rut, or if there are obstacles preventing you being who you want to be, then this book is the book for you!

The icing on the cake are the short interviews that take place at the end of each chapter. Insightful and a brilliant concept. Rather than being short-changed like with a lot of audio books where the resources aren’t readily available, this gives you more than reading it would. Awesome!

Tim gives practical and brilliant advice in almost a step-by-step manner. The book is thought provoking and inspiring.

On the whole this book is better read than listened to (hence only 4 stars). Without taking notes you’d have to rewind to try and digest the lists and resources at the end of each chapter. I will now be buying the hard copy and taking actionable steps to achieving my goals.

This isn’t a book to be read and shelved. Buy it, act upon it, and I genuinely believe it will unlock life potential you didn’t know was there.

Thanks Tim
