For a novice in cryptocurrencies, this is a start. It was a very fast read since the book is short. It covers What is a Bitcoin? How to Mine in Bitcoin. How to use your Bitcoin and remain anonymous. Getting Bitcoin and Darknet Marketplace. But still the book is helpful for me and it;s highly recommended!

The stock trading provides a way for us to work towards financial independence or any other financial goal we may have.By listening to this book, I was able to learn a history of the stock market, how it works, and the various exchanges and indexes that allow us to invest in the market.after reading this book, I was able to understand what I can invest in, where, when and how to invest, and also this book provides useful tips for what we should do and should not do. it is a great help.Great book for beginners as I feel.Great read.

It has a bunch of little tips and guides throughout the book to help one improve their brain power. One major theme of the book is questioning our own interpretations and those of others. We have to be critical and analytical of our own assumptions and biases. Bradley also stresses regular exercise to improve brain functioning. It helps supply oxygen to our cortex to think clearer. And finally, we should diversify our challenges to constantly seek new summits to reach. I highly recommend this book.

Awesome!I must say, this is a very pleasant book to read. The book Includes very serious information on the one hand, but very friendly on the other hand. This book refers to the importance of consciousness, the importance of the movement, the importance of nutrition and the importance of supplements. The book includes menu suggestions, proposals for exercises, suggestions for supplements and much more. It really is a most comprehensive book. Worth recommending to others!

his book helped me understand and cure my anxiety. I experienced what I would call a nervous breakdown that came out of nowhere and lasted three weeks. I literally thought I would need to be admitted to a mental hospital.

This book is for anyone, really, because a lot of people don't know what triggers and how to resolve emotional eating. The Binge Eating Cure is a great start to understanding why you eat emotionally and how to stop it. After reading this "Wicca book: a Guide for the Solitary Practitioner" I have to say I'm glad I also got this book. More in-depth and open. Although I do still recommend this book, this was the perfect start for me. The book is warm, welcoming, honest, and clear. She definitely opened the door for me and invited me in.
