What did you like best about 10 Mouthfuls to Full? What did you like least?

The book has 2 tracks of 14 minutes each. That's all. The book is read like a hypnotist, not sure why but it is very irritating because the the content is not that bad.

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

I was relieved

How could the performance have been better?

The book could have been read in a more natural way.

Do you think 10 Mouthfuls to Full needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

No, there are many better books on the subject already.

Any additional comments?

Not a life changer.
