This is the first book I've listened to by this author and this particular narrator!!! 5 stars for both!!!

I think you have to be British or English and have a grasp of the euphemisms that are used in this book!!! Living in Manchester myself I can relate with the words and the areas talked about!!!

Definitely recommend this to others!!! And I will definitely listen to this narrator and author again!!!@

This is possibly one of the best love stories I've ever read/listened too. Despite thinking you know who you love when true love happens it hits you like a freight train!!!

Oh and make sure you have tissues for this story from crying with laughter and crying with tears!!!!

Great story; great narrators and fab writing style!!!

Meet Zoe and Greg Milton, a married couple who have let themselves go a bit. Zoe was a stunner in her college days, but the intervening decades have added five stone, and removed most of her self-esteem. Greg's rugby-playing days are well and truly behind him, thanks to countless pints of beer and chicken curry. When Elise, a radio DJ and Zoe's best friend, tells them about a new competition, it seems like the perfect opportunity to turn their lives around.

Loved this audio book especially the Dual POV of Zoe and Greg!!! The narrator's had it down to pat and were both good at all other character voices!!! The weight loss diary of both Zoe and Greg was a great change to the usual chapters of most books.

Definitely a laugh out loud book!!! Emotional at times which brought a tear to my eye; especially when Zoe spoke about infertility and being childless, being fat and the way life and stuff got in the way!!! Some of the other topics resonated especially to someone overweight who is trying to losw weight and who has tried most faddy diets and has had similar scenarios to Zoe!!

Fabulous 5 star read!!!

I am a fan of the usual YA/PNR - Buffy; Angel; Twilight but this was sorry to say but better!!! I found myself second guessing what was going to happen before it did and a couple of times I wasn't always right!!! I enjoyed the comradery between Zoe and all her "friends" especially Aric and Raphael...

If you enjoy books about Werewolves, Vampires and various other Supernaturals with a love story and lots of twists and turns and laugh out loud then this series is for you!!! Can't wait to download the more in this series!!!

Yes it's expensive but when you think you have 35 hours of listening it's totally worth it!!!

I enjoyed listening to Angel Clark, she had her voices down to a pat, both male and female voices and you could identify it the 'adult' voices too!!!

Well done and great book/series and I would definitely recommend it to all ages!!! (I am in my 40's and I thoroughly enjoyed it)

Laurie is pretty sure love at first sight doesn't exist. After all, life isn't a scene from the movies, is it? But then, through a misted-up bus window one snowy December day, she sees a man whom she knows instantly is the one. Their eyes meet, there's a moment of pure magic...and then her bus drives away. Laurie thinks she'll never see the boy from the bus again. But at their Christmas party a year later, her best friend, Sarah, introduces her to the new love of her life. Who is, of course, the boy from the bus.
