So how can he have been in two places at the same time?

"My name is Amber Reynolds. There are three things you should know about me. I'm in a coma. My husband doesn't love me anymore. Sometimes I lie." Unnerving, twisted and utterly compelling, you won't be able to put this new thriller down. Set to be the most talked about book in 2017, it's perfect for fans of Behind Closed Doors, The Girl on the Train and The Widow.

This story is quite enjoyable, but some parts are very dark, as you would expect from the subject matter.

I would recommend it, lots of twists as more background and information becomes unveiled.

The performance was good too, the story is told from several viewpoints, and each of the narrators is good at their characters.

It is not earth shatteringly original, but it is gripping, and I honestly can't think of a single negative.

What made the experience of listening to Fatal Frost the most enjoyable?

Henry has captured Wingfield's character perfectly, and the reader is consistent across all the unabridged Frost novels.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Frost off course

What about Stephen Thorne’s performance did you like?

He has a pleasant voice, and is good at being consistent on the vocal changes for all the characters. He is so good that I would listen to a book, just because he reads it.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, as with all the Frost novels. If you like the Wingfield Frost books, there is no clang when listening to the Henry ones.

Any additional comments?

This performance is much better than the more expensive David Jason abridged version. Not only is this unabridged, but the Stephen Thorne's reading is much better. He captures the character of the book perfectly, which was different from how it was portrayed by Jason.

Often when a writer dies the character dies with them, Henry James has kept Frost alive, for which I am grateful.
