In Atlanta, Dr. Peyton Shaw is awakened by the phone call she has dreaded for years. As the CDC's leading epidemiologist, she's among the first responders to outbreaks around the world. It's a lonely and dangerous job, but it's her life - and she's good at it. This time she may have met her match. In Kenya, an Ebola-like pathogen has infected two Americans. One lies at death's door. With the clock ticking, Peyton assembles her team and joins personnel from the Kenyan Ministry of Health and the WHO.

the most memorable moment was when I skipped around 7 chapters and I didn't even notice the difference. this book makes a pandemic appear as boring as bin day. I should tell you to avoid this book but why should I be the only idiot you listen to it.

On a clear autumn morning in 2004, Rachel O'Reilly, a 30-year-old mother of two, was brutally battered to death in her home. It was a merciless killing that stunned the small, trusting community where she lived and devastated her close-knit family. In the days that followed the discovery of her body, it was thought that Rachel was the victim of a bungled robbery attempt. It soon emerged, however, that police investigating the case believed Rachel had known her killer and that her murder had been carefully planned months in advance.

"Mr Stink stank. He also stunk. And if it was correct English to say he stinked, then he stinked as well….” Chloe sees Mr Stink every day, but she’s never spoken to him - which isn’t surprising, because he’s a tramp, and he stinks. But there’s more to Mr Stink than meets the eye (or nose), and before she knows it, Chloe has an unusual new friend hiding in her garden shed.

Look I'm a busy man. like is too short to listen to this self promoting author. He is as useful as as an ashtray on a bicycle as far as I'm concerned. if you are a busy worker you don't have time to be keeping time diaries every fifteen minutes. gŕrrrrrrrrrr. I'm so annoyed I purchased this drivel.
