Really enjoyed the story but it took me a few chapters to get used to the narrator. After that I thought he was great. The characters were really complex but likeable. I thought the story surrounding the two main characters was really interesting but it frustrates me a little when something really sinister is going on but the characters have to have sex. I ended up flicking through those scenes to get back to the story. This is the first book I've listened to from these authors but it definitely will not be the last.

This book is so easy to listen to. The story flows so well and the narrator is brilliant at bring the characters to life. I think turning the audio off was the biggest struggle for me, it's one of those books that tempt you in to ringing in sick at work, just so you can listen more.
I would highly recommend this audio book.

once I started listening, I couldn't stop. The story is gripping from the first chapter. I love Robert Hunter and his side kick. The narrator speaks clearly for each character, he has a great voice.

Can't wait to read the next book.

If you were ever a bully, then don't read this book.

If you were ever bullied, then read this book. Justice is oh so sweet.

To be honest, I wanted the killer to finish his list...

Very disturbing story - fantastic

This book is gripping and I was on the edge of my seat for most of the story. When you start shouting ' get out get out get out ' while driving to work, you know it's a good book. I'm actually exhausted by it all. It's one of those books you can't put down. Both narrators are excellent, I'm actually missing their voices. Going to read something sweet and sickly now.

I love redeeming characters and Sim is definitely redeemable. After leaving the clinic he sets out to make amends for all his wrong doings and along the way he meets the man who will complete his life. True love doesn't run smooth for Sim though and there are a few bumps in his road of recovery. It's such a beautiful story. The narrator is absolutely perfect. If you love English/French accents then omg you'll love this story. It's one of those books you don't forget.

This story gives you all the feels. The main characters are better known as frenemies and old wounds come to the surface very quickly. However, time and life experiences have changed them and they reluctantly fall in love. There is a great story that flows alongside the relationship which I really enjoyed. The narrator is really easy to listen to. I would highly recommend if you just want something quick and heart warming to listen to.

I'm completely blown away by this book. The story is brutal but beautiful. The main characters have such a strong connection to each other, they possess passion and love more than any other character I have ever read. The heart break in this story takes your breath away. I can go years without crying but I couldn't stop the tears falling by the end.

The narrator is brilliant. Absolutely stunning delivery of the story. I could listen to him all day.

I wish I could give this book more than 5 stars.

I couldn't get enough of this beautiful story. I didn't want it to end. The narrator is well spoken and excellent at voicing different characters.

It's perfect for those cosy cold nights.

I liked the story but didn't love it. There were just too many POV for my liking. The narrator is great and I loved his drunk character part, really funny. The book is quite sad and at one point I wanted to shake the MC but I get that lost love is difficult to recover from. I loved the ending though. Redeeming characters is a favourite trope of mine.

Overall I would recommend this book/audio and would read/listen to more from this author.
