Down 15lbs in 2 weeks following the 16 & 24 hour fasts. And that’s with eating fast foods (I’m working on the healthy eating still). Fasting is soooo much easier than anyone would ever believe. Reducing calories makes me want to eat my couch cushions but fasting is all about realizing your body isn’t hungry, your mind is.
