I have always liked Mel, she's more of the no nonsense straight talking mind coach.
This is more a front row seat on a collection of her coaching sessions with actual people, you get to hear their story and their action points & solutions.
There's bound to be someone's story or issues you can relate too. Mel guides them (and you) through changing old patterns and habits that you've picked up as a kid and still carry with you now.
A great book (with a difference) and well recommended

Some interesting ideas as to doing no money down deals. I'm sure in reality it's not as easy as it sounds in the book. Plus you will need some money for the likes of legal costs, etc. Great ideas simply explained, although there is an element of up sell to courses as usually the case in these types of books, but some great advice along the way.

I do like Gill's books as they're always full of sound, sensible advice and are a good tonic to the "Americanised Wooh Yeah" books that are out there.
It's good advice in here too some will be gentle reminders others just common knowledge. It's well worth a listen although for me the narrator didn't have the gravitas I would have liked, she'd be better on a romantic novel than life skill book, but that was just my opinion.
All in all a good short book with some worthy advice.

It's OK, but the classical music and voice over recap will annoy some. Basically its a greatest hits compilation like an audio version of a YouTube channel.
There is some sound advice in here after all it is Jim Rohn, but it's also quite dated now too.
I would personally go for something more recent as it becomes very "Sales training" towards the end

There's no denying the success the guys have had and there's also no doubt about the great ideas in here. There's a lot of padding about being in the right mind set, and if you've read any of their books a lot of that content is just repeated in here.
I would suggest going for The 44 Most Closely Guarded Property Secrets book instead, to be honest this feels a little bit like a re-write of that. Don't get me wrong I'm not knocking it, it's just a case of going for one or the other, both are very similar.
There are some decent insights and lessons from experts in various fields included in here like HMOs and Rent To Rent, but they can't go into full details as you'd be better paying to go on a course (surprise, surprise) yeah, there's a fair bit of up sell to courses in here too. As an aside the narration is great, very natural and not just a bloke reading a script.
All in all some great advice and education for a newbie that's looking to get into property. I'd go into more detail here, but you'd be better off paying me for a course to complete it ;)

Can get a little repetitive as to Mark & Rob's success, but hey why not credit where it's due after all.
Some sound advice as to making it work with real expectations.
This is a book to keep and listen again as an almost ultimate reference guide, great style of narration too.

This is essentially 2 books in one. The first part goes into detail of the 50 ways to make money online/from home. Most people looking into this will already be aware of the majority of the ideas here, although a few may be new to you as they were to me.
The second part/book goes into the finer details of running an affiliate marketing site. Again, some good advice here (with an American slant). I personally still can't see how you'd make a fortune via this method nowadays, but you never know until you give it a go. Seems like a lot of work for a low % commission.
How could this second part be better?
A) Remove the quiz after every chapter
B) Remove the quiz after every chapter
C) Remove the quiz after every chapter
It is annoying, not needed and stops the flow of the book. All in all though this is a good guidance book for potential extra earning ideas.
