This is again another original book from Brene Brown. Brilliant and relevant. Talks about loneliness and learning towards discomfort.

I realised before I purchased this audio book the format used was like a Ted talk. I was a bit worried but having listened to it, I am sold on the idea.

This book is so powerful. There were so many 'oh yeah!' moments. The book was delivered in a warm, funny and motherly way. I loved her personal and honest stories. She does use some bad language but it makes her more likeable. I laughed with the audience.

This is a book I will keep and listen to again. I now totally get the power of empathy and empathy has become important to me.

Get this book as it covers all three of her other books.

I will definitely recommend this to anyone. From singleton to managers.

It changed me completely

I love this book and have listened to it so many times on repeat. There are a number of advices which I adhere to on a daily basis. For example I am more aware of my thoughts playing with my mind. I am less worried and see my life and others in a different light. I know that the author sadly died and it kind of feels that he is speaking from another world. This is an useful and straight talking audio book. I would definitely recommend this.
