Do you have the desire in you to analyze people accurately through verbal and non-verbal clues they are constantly offering? That secret skill that is vital in helping you form more fulfilling interpersonal relationships, boosting your work performance, enhancing your social life, and generally making you a happier and well-adapted person is the ability to read people accurately. To shatter the illusion, not everything we must learn to succeed in life is taught to us in schools. Yes, the secret to success in work, relationships, social circles and life is not taught in schools. Despite possessing exemplary industry know-how, there's every reason you might still struggle in your professional life owing to the inability to understand people's feelings and behavior. It can be one of the most important attributes of your success in the contemporary age. The art of being able to read people's feelings, thoughts and behavior is probably what sets apart exceptional performers from average folks. Analyzing other humans isn't a skill people are naturally born with. It is a knack that can be acquired by anyone willing to practice consistently by giving it a real chance.

Loved the book. I come from a family with traditions into practicing different holistic health approaches and my parents were into hardcore (intense and continuous) fasting, which I also tried to get into at times, but I always found it hard to do, despite the health benefits. This book provides a system that everyone can easily integrate in their daily life, easy to understand and implement

Great read. As someone who has never traded, it could get a little hard to stay focused during Chapter 7 because it goes pretty in depth about particular trading strategies which I had never used, so they sort of ran together for me, but taking notes helped. It’s not selling you some bs to hype you up and impulsively throw your savings into some stocks. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in getting started in the market
