It helps that I already like Alan Cumming, so I thought his performance was outstanding and his story fascinating. I consumed it in two long car journeys where I didn't want to take breaks in case I missed anything!

I can't say a bad thing about Brene Brown. I'm thrilled that she narrated this book.

Oh dear! Perhaps I'm not millennial enough but I thought this book was terrible! From Peta Kelly's poor narration of her own work to the work itself which was comprised of list after list interjected with swearing and repeated calls to buy the hard copy. I tried twice (a few months apart) to listen to it but ended up returning it.

Such a lovely story with an utterly engaging heroine and an eccentric cast if characters around her. Jenny Agutter's performance was excellent with her different accents and intonations. I loved it!

I loved hearing about the hard work behind the laughter. It was also inspiring to know that you can have success while still being in love with someone who doesn't love you back!

Dan is great and more down to earth than I expected. I loved hearing him tell me more about his life and how I could make my own even better.
