As far as information goes, there was tons of facts and scientific research that I had never heard of before. But It was too much to take in.

I must admit, of all the self-help books I have read on ADHD, this one had the widest variety of information and unique approaches to solutions. I enjoyed reading all about the condition and the potential ways to make the condition better through nutrition and different diet plans.

It is very hard to relate to a person with co-dependent behavioral attitude. This audiobook shows us some suggestions on how to detach ourselves from this kind. Help yourself become a better you!

After hearing from the audiobook that a partner who loves and respects you will not use something that is an inherent part of you, I can hardly put it down. And although it is different from what I used to hear, I am valuing it.
