I really enjoyed this book, very well read by Richard e grant. I was wondering when miss Marple would make an appearance, which she does in the last few chapters.

Nice compilation but a repeat of other James Herriot books on audible

Lovely classic James Herriot stories. Unfortunately the majority of the stories have already been told on Audible so this is a repeat.

All of the Jeeves and Wooster stories transport me to a sunny world of English country houses and small adventures. Totally perfect. Thank goodness for Jeeves

This book is perhaps fascinating when read as a traditional book, however it does not work for audio. There is no way to know what section or chapter you are listening to at the moment, which makes it very difficult to swap between finding information about Zurich or Geneva, for example. It is the kind of book that you would look at before travelling to a certain location – but there is no way to find out where in the audio that place is discussed. I would certainly not recommend this book in audio format but it would read it in traditional paper format

I bought this book to prepare for the arrival of our new, first baby. It's an interesting story of a woman's experiences conceiving and raising two boys, however it is not the book that I was looking for. I wanted an instructional book about how to care for a new infant and this book is about one mothers experiences, rather than the guide I was expecting. Not for me but I can see I'm the exception to the rule as the book has good reviews from other parents.

Fantastic value for money! Hours and hours of Sherlock homes stories. Better than any tv or film series.

You can see why Arthur Conan Doyle was knighted for such a collection.

My boss read this book on a flight with me and was chuckling throughout and very highly recommended it, as did my mum. Unfortunately I didn't have the same reaction - I didn't find it funny or particularly interesting, but, thankfully we are not all the same.

I am really enjoying working my way through the course. I listen to each lesson twice before moving onto the next one. I find the instructions very clear and I'm very pleased with my progress so far. I seem to be learning more than I did after completing the complete Paul Noble course - which was a great introduction but this builds on that very well. I would certainly recommend this course to anyone wanting to learn the German language. I am working my way through it before I start going to formal lessons.

Very good book – I listened to it while painting our house. A little slow to get started but really enjoyable overall. Bill Bryson started by discussing atoms and molecules and slowly progresses by talking about space and then animal and human history. The book demonstrates how many clever scientists have helped shape our knowledge of the world. I feel much smarter after listening to this!

I always enjoy reading the number 1 ladies detective agency books. If you like the others you will like this. A wonderful view into a world of kindness, where what's right always prevails.
