The most uplifting and helpful self help book I’ve read
Love love love this book so much! So often positive thinking and visualisation books are aggressively positive and they get me into the mindspace of feeling guilt-ridden when going through a negative phase but Shakti’s approach is gentle, clear, loving and uplifting, helping you learn how to handle negative thought patterns and getting you excited about visualizing your dreams. I read it first and then listened because there is so much beautiful, helpful wisdom in it and listening to it a second time really helped me understand it on a deeper level. It’s also great to have Shakti read the meditations to you rather than trying to recall them from the book. Her voice is also filled with compassion and kindness and you can tell she genuinely lives this work which enhances the experience of learning these techniques. Thank you Shakti!
