Given up. Narrator's cadence is annoying and distracting. Loses me every time. Every third or FOURTH word is EMPHASISED and you end UP losing track of WHAT he was saying. I love DERREN Brown, and will BUY the paper copy. The BOOK sounded very INFORMATIVE and have a GREAT explanation and UNDERSTANDING of happiness and HUMAN interpretation of it THROUGHOUT the ages, but the NARRATOR used INFLECTION constantly. It became DISTRACTING, and I want to LEARN.

Reads kind of like a self help book, but provides useful tips based upon sound theory.

Easy to listen to, and very much worth the effort. Reads a little like a self help book, but that doesn't detract from the value of the content.

Most insightful. Why have we not done this in England? Thought that the narrator did a great job of delivering the story.

Very interesting book with some great information. For me, what let it down was the narrating. I just found the guy's voice to be a bit too monotonous.
