This audible made me see a whole new to look at my, afraids. To accept and not fight it. This audible walks you step by step through your anxiety/fear attacks. It’s amazing how changing your perspective can make a difference.

I really enjoyed this audible. This is really an excellent set of audible. The coverage on the aspects of emotional intelligence is quite rich and easily hear. I really liked this audible and would recommend anyone who needs such type of information.

I've listen tons of audibles on social anxiety, most published by highly clinical, academic types. This audible is so much better because of the listen very personal battle with it. The listen this audible shares his journey in a very genuine way and I think a lot of people will be able to relate to parts of it, I certainly can.
