When the author of this book, Commander W.J.G. Carr died on October 2, 1959, he left this book in manuscript form along with many scribbled notes, reference books, half formulated thoughts, etc. His last wish was that the book be finished and published in order that all men might know of the plot which exists to wipe out every trace of decency in the world and all civilizations as we know them now. William Guy Carr's last work.

The best single work available on the evil conspiracy that has been responsible for the devastating wars and continuing conflicts of the past century. They are now close to its ultimate goal of total world domination through a dictatorial one world government.

Those who find it difficult to accept the fact that the U.S. is the target of political and economic conspiracies are not ready for this book which deals with a conspiracy on a much higher level. The average man is not acquainted with the history and documentation involved. Also it has not yet been brought home to him that the Powers of Evil are as real as the Powers of Good.

William Guy Carr (June 2, 1895 to October 2, 1959), born in Lancashire, England, and educated in Scotland, was an English-born Canadian naval officer, author and conspiracy theorist. He served during World War I as an English submarine officer and, in World War II, as a naval officer for Canada. Though he first came to notice with books about his military experiences as a submariner, Carr later turned to writing about the American Illuminati, which he alleged to have uncovered. The following recording is Carr's 1958 "Pawns In The Game" lecture.
