Susan Fintland holds master's degrees in both Social Work and Communications and has spent over 25 years helping children and teens build the skills they need to thrive. She's worked as a mental health counselor supporting foster youth and pre-teens in treatment centers, and later shifted to education, designing training programs to support students from elementary school through college as they develop the tools they need to succeed in and out of the classroom. Whether she's helping a struggling student find their confidence or training educators to better serve their learners, Susan brings compassion, real-world experience, and an understanding of what today's teens need to feel confident, capable, and ready for whatever comes next.
