Stephanie Woodman is an award-winning bestselling author of two novels. Her latest, set in World War II, published in February 2026, which follows the parallel stories of an American nurse serving on a hospital ship in the Pacific Theater, and a Japanese student drafted into the Imperial Naval Air Service, won the gold medal in The Historical Fiction Company’s Hemingway War category and designated a finalist for their 2025 Book of the Year award.

In 2024, her debut novel, Eye Contact Over Truk, became an international bestseller and won the bronze medal in The Historical Fiction Company’s Hemingway War category.
