Steph (Hammerman) Roach is an accomplished fitness personality, owner of Staying Driven, LLC who over the past decade has used her influence and life experience to help shift societal perceptions of what it means to have a physical disability and be included in the fitness industry. Becoming the world's first Level 2 CrossFit trainer living with Cerebral Palsy, and the first adaptive athlete to be signed by Nike Training (2018-2022), Steph is used to blazing trails for herself and those who follow after her. No stranger to adversity, Steph understands the true meaning of the word overcome. In recent years, Steph incurred a different challenge, Surviving Hodgkin's Lymphoma Stage 3B. In 2016, she showed the world why being fit truly pays off; especially for a fight like cancer. Now a survivor, Steph needed to take her passion for fitness to the next level.
