Sky is a USA Today bestselling indie author who writes retold fairytales and occasionally quirky romantasy where secrets are peeled back like onions. So far, Thumbelina has been updated for suspicious adults, a more sinister version of Cinderella, a multigenerational Red Riding Hood and a Wizard of Oz retelling have been published as full books and Snow Queen and Belle&Beast as novellas. A secret eco-warrior, she has co-published several charity anthologies that collect funds in support of our oceans, rainforests and communities plagued by wildfires. All her books are linked by some character or another and sometimes, in her standalones, she likes to make you choose, depending on your disposition (optimist vs pessimist) - 'coz the path that awaits depends on the decisions we take. (Well, except in the Magic Mirrors saga aka Cinders-Embers-Ash trilogy - because only Douglas Adams could pull off a trilogy in 5 parts.) She lives in Tallinn, Estonia, in a house with a small garden with her husband and two, but on occasion plus three kids. No dog. Besides fairytales, Sky keeps experimenting with different genres: myths&legends; steampunk; post-apocalyptic scifi; quirky fantasy romance and alternative history to name a few that are currently in the works.
