Shantanu Nundy, MD, is a primary care physician, technologist, and business leader. He currently serves as chief medical officer at Accolade (NASDAQ:ACCD), which delivers personalized navigation and population health services to over 2 million working Americans and families. In addition, he practices primary care in the greater Washington, DC area, advises the World Bank on digital health, and is a professorial lecturer in health policy at the George Washington University Milken Institute of Public Health. Nundy’s work has been recognized by the MacArthur Foundation and featured in the Atlantic, Rolling Stone, USA Today, Wall Street Journal, and Wired. He has been an adviser and speaker on digital health and artificial intelligence to the FDA, the American Medical Association, and numerous healthcare startups and investors. Nundy is a graduate of MIT (BS), Johns Hopkins (MD), and the University of Chicago (MBA) and a Paul & Daisy Soros Fellow. He lives in Washington, DC, with his wife, a radiation oncologist at Georgetown University, and two daughters.
