Scott A. Young is the author of THE MANIFOLD SERIES, including the first two books, SELFIES and FABRICANTS, and the accompanying novella, “The Other Woman.” The books are fast-paced thrilling sci-fi adventures in which the characters’ courage and choices drive toward a positive future for humanity and where philosophical depth and moral complexity linger long after the final page. With a degree in Computer Science and corporate accomplishments like bringing stored value chip cards to America at the Atlanta Olympics, Scott now studies quantum physics for fun, contemplates the nature of consciousness, and turns his true passion for science fiction and technological innovation into imaginative stories for sci-fi lovers. Scott is also an advocate for understanding neurodiversity at all ages, and his memoir, Perfectly Normal: The Blessings and Struggles of ADHD, reflects on the challenges and joys of navigating his sons’ diagnoses. Scott has contributed to podcasts, articles, interviews, and appeared on the Dutch television show, ADHDennis. Scott resides in North Carolina with his wife, three sons, and his faithful writing companion, the family goldendoodle.
