Samuel Erskine is a British-Ghanaian author, technology and transformation leader, speaker and lifelong learner with more than twenty-five years of experience turning complex ideas into practical outcomes. His work spans cloud engagement, knowledge management, vendor performance governance and service management, and it is where the VMT Method (Visibility, Measurement and Transferability) took shape.

His earliest lessons in invisible work came from Accra, Ghana, where he watched his mother run a catering business and his father build a technology distribution and training operation. Those memories, and the years since spent in organisations that rarely counted the work that kept them running, are the foundation of his latest book, The Work Nobody Sees: The VMT Method.

A former six-time Microsoft MVP and a BCS Chartered IT Professional, Samuel has written and co-authored ten books, including Of Men and Spiders. He co-founded Africa Talks Tech, a YouTube community platform, and has coached youth football. After more than twenty years away from formal education, he returned to study and is now completing his MBA in Technology Management with The Open University.
