Ruth Hill Small lives in West Brookfield, Vermont in the house her husband built way up on a remote hillside at the end of the road. Ruth graduated from Heaton Hospital School of Nursing in Montpelier, Vermont, earned a BA degree from the ADP Program at Vermont College of Norwich University and a Paralegal Certificate from Woodbury College. Her life revolves around her family still, as told in her book, The Iceman's Daughter.
