Rose Guildenstern writes metaphysical visionary fiction for readers who prefer disturbing honesty to comfortable lies. At university, she specialized in Wonder (the subject of all her later research). A former high school teacher and now a practicing armchair philosopher, she left the bone-dry certainties of California to explore the haunted forests and rocky coastlines of New England. There she reads lots of Shakespeare, Lovecraft, and fairy tales while sorting through sea shells, of course.
