Richie Hofmann's new book of poems, A Hundred Lovers, was published by Alfred A. Knopf in 2022. He is the author of Second Empire (Alice James Award, 2015), and his poetry has appeared recently in The New Yorker, The New York Review of Books, and The Yale Review. A former Ruth Lilly Fellow and Wallace Stegner Fellow, he has taught at Stanford University and the University of Chicago.
