Rebecca Collins is a mother of two teenagers, a boy and a girl, and a highly respected personal development coach with a long-standing focus on emotional well-being, confidence, and human connection. Raised as the only girl among four brothers, Rebecca learned early on the importance of resilience, adaptability, and understanding different emotional needs. Those early lessons would later shape both her professional work and her approach to parenting. After completing a degree in business management, Rebecca founded her own company at 25 and went on to invest in female-led start-ups. She also organised online workshops designed to support women in building confidence, balance, and purpose in both their personal and professional lives. Over the years, her coaching naturally expanded to include families, teenagers, and parents navigating the emotional challenges of modern life. Much of her work has focused on helping parents understand children's emotional and psychological needs, particularly during periods of growth, transition, and vulnerability. Drawing on decades of experience in personal development and real-world parenting, Rebecca brings a calm, compassionate, and practical perspective to early childhood and family life. Her approach emphasizes emotional safety, trust, and realistic expectations rather than rigid rules or pressure. Rebecca is the author of several books on confidence, self-esteem, relationships, and personal growth, and her work continues to resonate with readers seeking guidance that feels both grounded and easy to follow.
