Rachael began her career in hospitality, agriculture and as a teacher. For 15 years she had the privilege to teach and inspire students from K-12 and helped her husband run his agricultural operation. She branched out into educational consultancy and leadership before beginning her mentoring and coaching business. Alongside raising her four children, Rachael joined the Proctor Gallagher Institute in 2016 to work alongside Bob Proctor and help to “wake up the world” to what is really possible. She’s passionate about helping others achieve success and transforming the paradigms and self-image of adults and children to allow them to become the best version of themselves.
