Pat Young is a Number 1 Bestselling author of psychological thrillers. Pat's debut novel Till the Dust Settles was awarded the prestigious Constable Stag trophy by the Scottish Association of Writers and hit the top spot on Amazon one week after its sequel was released. Pat has also won prizes for her short stories, including the Imprint Writing Award. Pat was born in Ayrshire, Scotland but now lives in Leeds, Yorkshire. She accidentally became a writer when she found a book with a letter and money hidden inside. That was enough to set her hyperactive imagination on fire and she wrote the story during Nanowrimo. That story became Pat's third published novel, One Perfect Witness. The idea for Till the Dust Settles came later, when Pat watched a documentary about the dust cloud that shrouded Manhattan on 9/11 and thought, 'What if ...?' Readers and reviewers in the UK and the USA loved Pat's debut and asked for a sequel. Pat realised Lucie's story was not over and wrote I know where you live.
