Way back in the beginning of time… I wanted to create a Bedtime story for my two Grandsons… Something personal from their Grandpa to remember him by…That is exactly when I fell in love with writing Children’s Bedtime Story Books. How in the world can a middle aged man create stories that might appeal to children? Well, while it is true that on the outside I am an old Geezer... Inside I am a just little boy with a sling shot in my hand and a tree frog in my front pocket; chewing on a big fat wad of bubble gum… sneaking a pull on the cat’s whiskers just for fun. I am always imagining what adventure might be just ahead… what monster might be waiting behind that foreboding shadowy place... a place that I have just got to explore. And when it is summer time, I love to walk down to the river in my bare feet… take a hold of the rope that hangs from the bottom of the Old Covered Bridge... then swing out and drop into the cool muddy water. I was born and raised on a small dairy farm in the small rural town of Sodaville, Oregon. After school, I married my childhood sweetheart Charlotte. We raised four children of our own and now live on the island of Lanai, in Hawaii... and we have been married for 40 years. This is Just the Beginning!!! Papa Campbel
