"A simple human being grateful for the privilege of earning a living contributing to the personal, professional, and business success of others." That is how Ney Díaz describes himself. And it is what he has been doing for over twenty-five years through the companies he leads and his publications across various media and formats.

Ney is the president of INTRAS (with important alliances in Spain and Latin America and considered the leading specialized training company in the Dominican Republic), Skills, and Summit. In addition, he serves as president and editor-in-chief of the business magazine Gestión.

He is the author of the book The 12 Questions, El Blog del Director (The Director's Blog), and La carta del director (The Director's Letter) –Gestion's editorial–, through which Ney shares his life experiences, the lessons he has learned, and the teachings he has received with tens of thousands of people. He is also the producer of the podcast Dejando Huellas con Ney Díaz (Leaving a Mark with Ney Díaz).
