My first series of historical novels, published by Sapere Books, is set in the early years of the Augustan principate (1st century BCE). The Quintus Roman series from Book 1 ‘Legionary’ to Book 7 Evocatus, follows Julius Quintus Quirinius through Italia, Hispania, Britannia, Tres Galliae and along the length of the Rhine and the Danube in Germania, stretching from the Alps to the sea. Legionary was published March 17th 2023. Evocatus will be released in Autumn 2026.
After that, Quintus is taking a rest while I work on a new series set in 12th century Leinster.
In the meantime I continue to live a quiet life in Yorkshire, UK, interrupted (happily) by kids and grandkids from time to time.
