Natalie Saikowski Goertz is an award-winning banker who has a tenured background in corporate and public fund banking. She currently serves as Senior Vice President and Directory of Treasury Management at Texas First Bank, and is a third generation small business owner as President and CEO of Business and Banking Concierge, LLC where she serves as an Operational CFO for small to medium size businesses. Natalie is an Athena International Leadership Award recipient and her proudest accomplishment to date is completing a half Ironman. Natalie is an active member of Executive Women’s Alliance, Rotary Club of The Woodlands, the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce, The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce and most recently The Woodlands Economic Development Partnership. Natalie and her husband, Roger, reside in The Woodlands with their rescue boxer, Jenna.
