I have a passion for self-perception and self-awareness after half a lifetime living for others and putting myself last. That’s a hard pill to swallow when you wake up and realize you don’t know very much about yourself, and the people telling you who you are –are the ones fashioning you into what they want. My life experiences have led me on a path I didn’t see coming, but one I’m constantly fascinated by. After falling apart a few times, I started putting myself back together and searching for words to make sense of it. I’ve always enjoyed writing, and so my love of words has helped me get to know me better. Sharing the process on a blog and then a podcast has helped others with perspective they need too. We aren’t all so different that we can’t benefit from sharing our “Ah-ha’s” My experience is that people often say to me: “I feel that too”. I am finally putting the books I’ve written over the years onto Amazon and Audible, concentrating on what I need and want to do with my life –writing and recording.
